Tropika Island of Treasure is a colourful reality series that sees South Africa celebrities paired with public contestants to compete in a variety of challenges while on a tropical island paradise location (The Seychelles in season 7, the Maldives in seasons 8 and the Caribbean island of Curaçao in season 9). Games range from physical demanding challenges to those that test mental capacity. One by one, the losing teams get eliminated until only two remain to battle it out in an epic finale. The winning team that reaches the treasure chest first wins themselves a one million Rand cash prize that they split evenly between themselves.

I series produced and co-directed season 7 and then co-directed seasons 8 and 9 (Curaçao). I was also Head of Post Production for seasons 7 and 8.
